Supply chain Intern for TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE

Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated individual to join Coty's Travel Retail Europe Supply chain Team.

As Supply chain Intern, you will report to the Demand Planner.

This internship is based in the Coty head office in Geneva (Switzerland).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supply Chain Intern is responsible for supporting demand planning, supply planning, customer service and S&OP functions in the day-to-day operations of the business unit. This includes ownership of processes such as daily order management and creation of forecast.

Your main focus:

Review & maintain demand forecasts for multiple time horizons.

Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool (O9).

Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning for optimal fill rates.

Work with Initiative and Marketing groups to determine timelines for the collection of promotional and new brand (or new SKU) forecasts. Coordinate and collaborate in Pre-S&OP meetings.

Using SAP, Business Intelligence software, and O9 planning software, input data and generate reports that support S&OP processes.

Monitor and evaluate KPI’s such as fill rate, forecast accuracy and alignment with financial plans. The process includes identifying gaps, recommending, and implementing actions to improve performance in key areas.

Execute daily Supply planning in close collaboration with our planning Hub and customer service to maximize customer fill rate.

You will be involved in cross-functional activities and projects and are responsible for contributing to the brand’s equities and customer experience online and offline.

Key Competencies

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and spoken communication.

Excellent PC knowledge for office applications (proficient in Excel)

Language: Fluent English

University Graduate, Business or Supply Chain related

Familiar with multicultural and international environment.

A passion for beauty

Preferred Competencies

Previous experience with SAP ERP and JDA

Experience in Travel Retail channel

Experience in Beauty industry
