Passion for technology, online advertising, and marketing trends , with a keen ability to adapt to evolving industry landscapes. Full-time, permanent contract (39h per week, Monday–Friday). As a Google Ads Account Manager , your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by identifying and implementing effective digital advertising solutions in collaboration with German businesses and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners . You will work with a diverse portfolio of advertisers, developing tailored strategies to maximize their return on investment (ROI) and ensuring they leverage Google Ads effectively.
This is a target-driven sales role , requiring a consultative approach to customer acquisition, retention, and upselling opportunities . You will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on expanding the client’s customer base across the EMEA region , contributing to the continuous optimization of the German digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with new and existing advertisers to develop strong relationships and identify business needs, offering performance-enhancing advertising strategies.
- Consult and upsell Google Ads solutions by analyzing client objectives, optimizing campaigns, and increasing ad spend efficiency.
- Provide strategic digital marketing advice , ensuring businesses achieve maximum impact from their advertising investment.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets , driving revenue growth while ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Effectively communicate via phone, video calls, and email , guiding clients through campaign setup, optimization, and expansion.
