Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Gérer un portefeuille de clients existants en établissant des relations solides et durables ; Identifier les besoins financiers des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées ; Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour offrir un service de qualité ; Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers et veiller au respect des réglementations en vigueur ; Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en prospectant de nouveaux clients ; Participer à la mise en place de stratégies visant à améliorer la satisfaction client ; Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur les performances et les activités liées au portefeuille ; Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients, en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant leurs problèmes.
