Pour le compte d'un établissement de référence de la région genevoise, nous recherchons un(e) Sales Manager (H/F).
Au sein d'un environnement dynamique et axé sur l'excellence du service, vous leadez le pôle commercial : vous définissez la stratégie locale, impulsez la dynamique de vente et motivez votre équipe au quotidien.
Missions Principales
Leadership & Animation d'Équipe : Encadrer, former et fédérer vos collaborateurs au quotidien pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs d'acquisition et de fidélisation.
Talent Management : Recruter, intégrer et faire monter en compétences vos équipes dans une culture forte de la performance et de la bienveillance.
Excellence Opérationnelle & Relation Client : Conserver une forte présence sur le terrain, piloter le parcours client et veiller à une qualité de service irréprochable.
Pilotage Stratégique : Élaborer et déployer les plans d'actions commerciaux en synergie étroite avec la Direction.
Analyse de Performance : Suivre les indicateurs clés (KPIs, taux de transformation), analyser les résultats et ajuster la stratégie de manière proactive.
Rayonnement & Partenariats : Promouvoir l'image de la structure, animer le réseau de partenaires locaux et représenter l'enseigne lors des événements clés.
Qualifikationen
Profil Recherché
Expérience : Au minimum 3 ans sur une fonction similaire de management commercial (secteurs privilégiés : retail premium, hôtellerie de luxe ou services haut de gamme).
Posture de Leader : Démontrer un leadership naturel, un esprit d'équipe affirmé, une excellente aisance relationnelle et une vraie culture de la solution.
Aisance Digitale : Maîtrise éprouvée des outils informatiques, logiciels CRM et tableaux de bord de suivi d'activité.
Langues : Maîtrise fluide du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral comme à l'écrit).
Conditions & Avantages
Contrat : CDI à temps plein (du lundi au vendredi, avec flexibilité selon les exigences de l'activité).
