Our client is a well-established financial company based in Geneva. < >< >This role offers a oad HR mandate encompassing business partnering, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and regulatory compliance within a demanding and highly professional banking environment.< >< >Key Responsibilities< >< > Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization. Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management on all people-related matters. Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, HR policies, and employment legislation. Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benchmarking activities. Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and banking sector regulations. Manage HR reporting, people analytics, and key HR metrics to support decision-making. Contribute to a positive organizational culture and employee engagement agenda. Lead or participate in HR transformation and process improvement projects where appropriate. Lead the HR function for a Geneva-based private bank, managing a small team Drive talent, performance, employee relations, compensation, and HR compliance University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. HR certification (Brevet Fédéral RH, MAS, or equivalent) is an advantage. Minimum 8-10 years' progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities. Prior experience within a private bank, wealth management institution, asset manager, or oader financial services environment is a strong asset. Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a lean HR structure. Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices. Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and advising senior stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
