We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee and optimize the company’s presence on key online marketplaces, including Amazon, Farfetch, and others, across the U.S., EU, Middle-East, and Asian markets. The person will report to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and will develop and execute strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure seamless marketplace operations. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and boosting customer engagement across multiple platforms, while also managing multi-channel digital acquisition campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Performance & Reporting
- Manage and grow sales, visibility, and profitability across Amazon Seller and other marketplaces (e.g., Farfetch, Galeries Lafayette, Miinto).
- Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities aligned with business-growth objectives.
- Optimize product catalogue, listings, and A+ content for maximum discoverability and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and monitor competitive positioning.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, conversion rates, traffic trends, and customer behaviours; make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare regular management reports that highlight key trends and actionable insights.
- Ensure product data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with each marketplace’s requirements.
