Stellenbeschreibung
  • Intégration au sein du département FX Operations de la société ;
  • Exécuter et superviser les opérations de change (spot, forward) ;
  • Mettre en œuvre les couvertures (hedging) ;
  • S'assurer que les comptes courants ne sont jamais débiteurs (swaps) ;
  • Assurer le suivi des ordres de change pour les clients privés et entreprises ;
  • Contrôler l'exactitude des informations liées aux transactions ;
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations jusqu'à leur finalisation complète ;
  • Valider et libérer les paiements SEPA et internationaux ;
  • Veiller au respect des limites de positions ;
  • Appliquer la grille de prix et assurer la cohérence des marges ;
  • Assurer le contact avec les clients lors de l'onboarding si nécessaire ;
  • Maintenir un suivi régulier des clients, notamment des clients peu actifs ;
  • Fournir un support client réactif, clair et professionnel ;
  • Développer une connaissance fine des activités, flux et besoins clients ;
  • Identifier des opportunités de change en lien avec les variations de marché ;
  • Orienter les clients vers des solutions adaptées ;
  • Appliquer les procédures internes en matière de conformité ;
  • Réaliser les contrôles de premier niveau (onboarding, opérations, bénéficiaires) ;
  • Veiller à la qualité, complétude et traçabilité de la documentation ;
  • Exercer une vigilance sur les opérations sensibles ;
  • Escalader au Compliance Officer toute anomalie ou situation atypique avec un dossier structuré ;
  • Reporting à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

  • Formation en Finance, Économie ou Gestion ;
  • Expérience significative en opérations de change (FX) ;
  • Bonne compréhension des mécanismes de marché, des flux et des produits de change ;
  • Capacité à gérer des sujets opérationnels, économiques et de conformité ;
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et capacité d'analyse ;
  • Capacité d'organisation et de priorisation ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Sens du service client ;
  • Autonomie et polyvalence.
