SigmaCanton de GenèveAs an HR Business Partner, you play a key role in bridging Human Resources and operational teams. Your mission is to support both managers and employees , ensuring that HR practices contribute effectively to business performance and talent development.
Your main responsibilities include :
Collaborating with leadership teams to understand business challenges and implement HR initiatives aligned with their strategic goals.
Advising and supporting managers across all areas of human resources management : employee relations, organizational development, performance, talent growth, etc.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and supporting them with both professional and personal matters.
Leading the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Planning and coordinating annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, salary revisions, and promotions.
Designing and implementing development programs to foster the growth of employees and managers.
Promoting internal mobility and supporting succession planning efforts.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and overseeing case management for illnesses and workplace accidents.
Actively contributing to cross-functional HR projects and continuous process improvements.
Your Profile
Higher education degree (HES / HEG or equivalent), completed by a Federal HR Certification or a similar qualification.
At least 10 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Native French speaker with perfect command of spelling and writing.
Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of initiative and change leadership.
Strong client orientation and a service-driven approach.
