Operations specialist – Temporary 6 months
Responsibilities :
Answer questions regarding positions and securities transactions carried out by Operations to front office colleagues. Performing internal controls for predefined transactions.
First point of contact related to operational matters on securities / funds, such as :
- Income payments
- Corporate action events & bookings (mandatory & voluntary) on all types of products
- AVPP calculations / explanations
- Securities transfers (internal, external)
- Funds trading
- Trades commissions adjustments
- Historical positions clarification
- Capital calls
- Contact with front office employees in relation to questions / issues raised and providing an answer within SLA
- Contact with internal departments and custodians as needed for cases resolution.
