Activities
Afin d’accompagner la croissance de notre agence de Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) :
IT BUSINESS MANAGER
Qui sera en charge de créer, développer, gérer administrativement et financièrement sa Business Unit :
- Collaborer avec les recruteurs en place afin d’identifier nos futurs collaborateurs, comprendre leurs ambitions et leur permettre d’intervenir sur un projet pertinent pour la suite de leur carrière ;
- Assurer le rayonnement de Keyteo et le développement de nos activités via l'identification et la prospection de nouveaux clients ;
- Détecter les meilleurs projets et proposer la mise à disposition de ses consultants ;
- Veiller au bon déroulement des différents projets en faisant l’interface avec les clients ;
- Suivre l’évolution de ses collaborateurs consultants dans leur projet tout comme dans leur carrière ;
- Piloter son activité en tant que véritable « intrapreneur » (chiffre d’affaires, rentabilité…)
- Assurer un esprit convivial au sein de son équipe !
