Direct message the job poster from Adroit People Limited (UK) We are Hiring IT Senior KYC Business Analyst in Wealth Management IT Senior KYC Business Analyst in Wealth Management Salary : 130K CHF to 150K CHF per annum Location : Geneva Responsibilities : Elicit business requirements for the eKYC platform together with users and management from CLM, AFC and FO. Have overall financial services acumen to connect requirements from regulatory policy changes / language to business requirements to IT requirements. Refine business requirements with a focus on interfaces and align globally across all 7 locations in the CE, Ger, APAC and US regions. Write Epics and User Stories and refine them with the Development Team. Conduct Functional, Technical and Regression Testing. Liaise with vendors on technical interface-related matters. Take full ownership of production issues until resolution, coordinating with all required parties in the bank. Qualifications : At least 5 years of professional expertise in the described role (or similar). Confidence to speak up, run a meeting in absence of team members, and self-organise. Can-do attitude and natural tendency to own topics end-to-end and deliver changes into production on time. Good oral and written communication skills to ensure close alignment with all stakeholders across departments and different seniority levels up to MD. Strong and clean skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to perform under pressure and face senior management stakeholders if needed. Sound knowledge of the KYC and account opening process in the Wealth Management business regarding offshore business and complex, high-risk client structures. Good knowledge of industry standards in the AFC and KYC domain and an understanding of the regulatory requirements in Switzerland and / or Luxembourg. Avaloq Core Banking knowledge (ideally with certification). Practical experience with technologies : JWT, SAML, REST API, Java, Oracle, SQL, Postman (or similar). Development experience is a plus.
