We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager, Pregnancy Innovation to join our Marketing team based in our Geneva offices in Petit-Lancy, Switzerland .
This role reports to the Marketing Director, Global Pregnancy Innovation , based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Senior Brand Manager, Pregnancy Innovation leads design and delivery of product & commercial innovation projects for our biggest business, Clearblue Pregnancy Tests.
The role leads innovation development all the way to market readiness in key markets, including leading successful initiative management, managing product launch process and designing the holistic communication toolkits, under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing Lead for Innovation Projects : Lead initiative development as of Project Establishment, including design and delivery of a qualified communication toolkit across multiple touch points;
this involves briefing creative agencies, assessing creative work and following through to excellence in production, ensuring brand equity is delivered on all aspects, including artwork, consumer communication toolkit, digital & social marketing, e-commerce content, trade sell, etc.
under the supervision of the Marketing Director, Global Innovation.
Consumer Champion : Use and build category knowledge and consumer understanding (including consumer / market research, business results, and financial / economic considerations) to shape key strategic choices across the business.
Make recommendations to the Marketing Director.
Attend team meetings as a marketing representative and collaboratively contribute to the cross functional teams (including R&D, Quality, Legal, PS, Finance and Regulatory teams).
Summarise marketing actions and make recommendations to the Marketing Director.
Ensure all work meets Quality Standards, has obtained legal, Regulatory and External Affairs approval.
The successful candidate requires
- Relevant and extensive working experience in an international business with global or regional innovation design & delivery roles
- Preferably experience on regulated environments (i.e. OTC, pharma, finance, food, etc.)
- Commercial / Marketing and / or consumer facing experience
- Passion to delight consumers
- Self-starter with passion to innovate
- Positive, get-stuff-done, collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency and operational discipline to get things done and fully finished
- Ability to juggle changing priorities and manage multiple projects
