For one of our clients in bank sector, in Geneva, we are recruiting an Network and Telecom Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities :
In collaboration with the Head of Network & Telecom, your main responsibilities are to :
Ensure the implementation, proper functioning, maintenance and support of the network, telephony and videoconferencing systems.
Monitor network performance, troubleshooting technical issues and ensure security protocols are followed to protect sensitive financial data. Implement, support, maintain and monitor firewall infrastructure.
Handle daily events and problems which may occur in the network, telecoms and security and provide first and second level support.
Profile :
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a banking environment in Switzerland.
