Your Tasks

  • Identify and document customer challenges using data insights, UX research and industry knowledge
  • Analyse, document and optimise the onboarding funnel and landing experience for our B2B customers to ensure every Swiss business signs up to the platform
  • Align and coordinate the synchronisation of account information, company structures and financial processes with Salesforce in collaboration with our integrations and operational support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support, finance and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the product team coworkers and stakeholders across the company
  • Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Continuously analyse customer data and market trends to understand customers' behaviours and generate new ideas for enhancing the platform experience

Your skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and / or recruiting environments
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments
  • Commercial mind-set and proven relationship building skills
  • Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Given the amount of experience we want for this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 115’000.– and 125’000.–
