Team IntroTikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands based in Switzerland, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.Be part of the pioneering team building TikTok's presence in Zurich. As we establish our new hub, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of brand partnerships in the Swiss market. Tok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands based in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to educate , innovate, collaborate, and drive impactful campaigns on a global platform from the heart of Zurich. Bring your creativity and strategic mindset to help brands connect authentically with TikTok's vibrant community. Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities within an exiting client portfolio of brands in the Swiss market, cross-industries- Jointly lead a named book of business together with designated Client Solutions Manager.- Lead and grow local & global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.- Deepen the penetration of your book of business.- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the Swiss market.- Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews with brands and agencies.- Swiftly navigate negotiations on C-Level to unlock incremental opportunities and steer client relationships even on the highest level. - Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights and 3rd party data.- Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve TikTok's products, processes and client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications-Demonstrated professional experience in the media and advertising industry in Switzerland- Sales Track Record : Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals- Relationship Building : Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their related agencies in the DACH region.- Communication Skills : Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally). Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, German and Swiss German.- Digital Sales Experience : Experience in digital and programmatic sales. Preferred Qualifications- Additional Language Skills : Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French)- Innovative Spirit : Self-starter and fast learner with a startup spirit, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving environment.- Digital Marketing Knowledge : Strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.- Adaptability : Demonstrated potential to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.- App Monetisation Experience : Experience with app monetization is a significant plus.
