Adecco Human Resources AGGeneva, CHOur client, an international company with an office of 40 people in the city center of Geneva, is seeking a :
Human Resources Specialist (50-70%) to oversee HR operations across multiple countries (Switzerland and Middle East).
As the Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management (including performance assessment, training, and development), labor law relations, and group HR projects. You will play a key leadership role in planning, designing, and developing a culture that enables employees to perform in alignment with the group's strategic goals across its hubs.
This role reports to the Chief Administration Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the talent recruitment strategy by sourcing and building relationships with candidates. Explore hiring needs and develop long-term recruitment and succession plans.
- Supervise onboarding and team-building efforts.
- Oversee performance management, talent assessment, and improvement plans.
- Implement and deploy organizational development programs, employee orientation, training programs, benefits plans, policies, and guidelines.
- Research and consult on compensation and benefits innovation and development.
- Develop employee retention programs and craft policies that support internal promotion.
- Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies, including security, confidentiality, sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Lead and deploy HR projects and initiatives across sites.
Profile :
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think strategically and adopt a hands-on approach.
Fluency in French and English.
Work Conditions :
Home office : 1 day per week (Friday)
