Oversee wealth management operations with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset classes
Ensure compliance with Swiss financial regulations (FINMA)
Analyze financial data and key business metrics to support strategic decision making
Drive process optimization across operations, compliance, risk management and reporting functions
Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams with a strong focus on operations
Communicate effectively across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators and board members
Identity and mitigate operational risks related to trading, compliance and financial processes
Ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into daily operations to maintain full compliance with industry standards

Join a Dynamic, Independent and Entrepreneurial Wealth Manager
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in operations management within financial services
Proven track record in the management of the operations of a growing wealth manager, process optimization, digital transformation and risk management
Degree in Business Finance, Legal, Business Administration or a related field
Leadership experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes, particularly in the areas of operations, compliance, risk management and reporting
Knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation, especially FINMA
Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes, particularly in the areas of operations, compliance, risk management and reporting
Supporting the auditor in preparing and completing the auditing process
Flexible and entrepreneurial personality. Able to multitask with strong communication skills and down-to-earth
Fluent in English and German. Fluent Italian is a big advantage
