The Commercial Analyst is expected to handle the following :
- Review all dimensions (operational, commercial, and financial aspects) of allocated shipping lines to identify the key drivers of profitability.
- Based on the above analysis, challenge and proactively propose strategies to optimize profitability and / or improve customer value, at all times. This will be done in close collaboration with the commercial teams, which includes being able to identify improvement levers and building compelling argument to discuss.
- Forecast and follow-up profitability.
- Conduct the monthly business analysis.
