JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Coordinator has a key position for the execution of e-mail-campaigns in order to increase sales online and in stores. He or she supports the team by carrying out promotions and cross-channel-campaigns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Adapts the BTL- and POS/POP-materials in cooperation with graphic agencies and printing houses as well as partners;

• Manages projects, webinars and e-learning platforms;

• Coordinates and supports of all events, including ship naming ceremonies, trade events, touristic fairs;

• Writes and edits texts for Newsletter, Advertorials, Website etc;

• Supports the E-Commerce (B2C- & B2B-Website);

• Oversees backup content- and community management for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) for the D-A-CH country offices.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

• Bachelor’s degree for marketing, any equivalent education or various experience in the field of marketing or PR & Communications;

• Excellent oral and written German (C-level) and English;

• Extended knowledge and command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Adobe graphics and image editing programs (in Design and photoshop);

• Enjoying writing creative texts;

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;

• Self-sufficient way of working, flexibility, strong organizational skills.
