DATABASE COORDINATOR SAV (H/F) – 100%
Votre mission
Au sein de notre département After-Sales, vous assurez la supervision, la maintenance et le développement de la base de données dédiée au SAV.
Votre objectif principal est de garantir l’accessibilité, la fiabilité et la qualité des données, tout en contribuant activement à l’amélioration continue et aux projets informatiques liés au périmètre SAV.
Vous reportez directement au Responsable After-Sales.
Vos responsabilités
Gestion & Maintenance
Assurer l’administration quotidienne du système de gestion de base de données (ProConcept)
Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et l’intégrité des données
Planifier, contrôler et sécuriser les cycles de sauvegarde
Coordination & Support
Adapter la structure de la base de données selon les besoins du département
Former les utilisateurs aux outils IT liés au SAV
Rédiger et maintenir à jour les procédures d’utilisation
Développement & Projets
Participer au développement et à l’évolution du système ERP SAV
Contribuer à la mise en place de nouveaux programmes IT liés aux données SAV
Être force de proposition dans l’optimisation des outils et processus
Votre profil
Formation en informatique, systèmes d’information ou domaine équivalent
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de bases de données et/ou ERP
Maîtrise d’un ERP (idéalement ProConcept)
Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la qualité des données
Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens du détail
Capacité à travailler de ère autonome et en transversal
Bonnes compétences en communication et en formation des utilisateurs
