Tes tâches

  • Pilotage proactif des campagnes de recrutement en collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Tech
  • Analyses approfondies et création de rapports personnalisés
  • Gestion stratégique des budgets clients avec identification d'opportunités d'upsell
  • Relation Client Excellence
  • Communication multicanale (téléphone, visioconférence, email) avec support de premier niveau
  • Livraison des KPIs (clics, leads, candidatures) en coordination avec les équipes concernées
  • Étroit partenariat avec les équipes commerciales afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs liés aux budgets de campagne

Ton profil

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience en marketing digital et / ou modèles Pay-Per-Performance (PPP) souhaité
  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Office et forte appétence pour les outils digitaux
  • Excellence relationnelle : capacité à créer des liens durables avec clients et collègues
  • Mindset proactif avec un sens aigu des responsabilités
  • Français : maîtrise parfaite, anglais : niveau courant indispensable.
