Stellenbeschreibung
Nous recrutons pour notre client, une société de trading basée à Genève, un(e) Financial Controller .
Rattaché au Responsable du département, vous aurez pour mission la gestion du controlling financier et lassistance comptables aux Opérations.
Vos responsabiltiés :
Participer à la production des consolidations et à lémission des rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels, incluant analyses, statistiques et indicateurs de performance
Établir les rapports de stocks, en assurant la réconciliation avec les tiers et la confirmation des soldes intercompagnies
Préparer les comptes de gestion destinés aux banques et autres parties prenantes
Contribuer à la préparation du budget, des prévisions financières et à lanalyse des écarts
Participer au processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle
Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des reportings transmis par les filiales (hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels)
Maintenir une documentation complète et à jour du système de contrôle interne
Répondre aux demandes dinformations des banques
Assister les traders et opérateurs dans la tenue et la mise à jour de la base de données en garantissant lexhaustivité, la justesse et la bonne présentation des écritures comptables
Veiller à la facturation et à limputation des opérations dans les délais impartis
Assurer la réconciliation mensuelle des stocks
Votre profil :
Diplôme supérieur en Finance type Master, Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou diplôme universitaire équivalent
Expérience de 4 à 6 ans en comptabilité et finance au sein dune entreprise internationale avec de nombreuses transactions ; une expérience dans un environnement de trading ou en audit constitue un atout
Solide connaissance des principes et normes comptables (IFRS, Swiss GAAP)
Bonne compréhension des produits dérivés financiers et des opérations de change
Parfaite maîtrise du français et de langlais
Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (en particulier Excel)
Vous êtes une personne organisée, précise, proactive et dotée dun fort esprit déquipe.
