The company is headquartered in Europe and operates globally, offering integrated solutions across sourcing, trading, logistics, and risk management.
Job Description
- Ensure full execution of contracts (purchase and sale) for liquid cargoes on various Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.)
- Coordinate shipping logistics (vessels, barges, or trucks) and manage loading / discharge operations in collaboration with traders and chartering teams
- Handle all documentation related to shipments : Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, Quality / Quantity Certificates, etc.
- Manage and monitor Letters of Credit and ensure banking compliance for each transaction
- Liaise with inspection companies, terminals, agents, and logistic providers
- Ensure accuracy of shipping and invoicing data in internal systems
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues (delays, discrepancies, claims)
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high operational standards
