Description du poste

Responsabilités :

  • Assister le Manager du Magasin de la Ville de Genève dans ses activités quotidiennes et coordonner l'équipe de conseillers clientèle.
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions spécifiques pour offrir une expérience client unique et garantir la qualité du service.
  • Gérer les ventes de Haute Joaillerie, Montres et Accessoires, en atteignant ou dépassant les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.
  • Superviser la résolution des préoccupations des clients.
  • Participer activement aux événements communautaires et maintenir une présence visible pour développer la base de clients existante et nouvelle.
  • Assurer l'interface avec le marketing local pour mettre en œuvre les stratégies de CRM et améliorer la base de clients.

Profil attendu

Profil :

  • Au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans une boutique de luxe haut de gamme.
  • Expertise en opérations de magasin de détail et techniques de vente.
  • Passion pour la joaillerie, les montres et les accessoires.
  • Connaissance des processus de marketing, médias et merchandising.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, SAP et CRM.
  • Excellente communication en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité à développer un réseau de clients et à augmenter le portefeuille de clients.
  • Flexibilité, positivité et innovation.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière organisée, rigoureuse et structurée.
  • Création d'un environnement de travail positif et harmonieux.
