- Writing comprehensive briefing documents and reports.
- Governance Experience : Proven track record in governance-related roles, adept at managing confidential information.
- International Exposure : Previous professional involvement in a global setting.
- Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge : Basic familiarity with legal, financial, commercial, or IT concepts.
- Data Analysis Proficiency : Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data.
- Educational Background : A university degree.
- Professional Experience : Minimum of 5 years in relevant fields.
