About the role
For our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent in order to strenghten their growing team.

Job duties
- Efficiently handle customers inquiries such as part requests, onboarding process, customer needs, trading platform issues, IT issues and any complaints, as well as to carry out customer follow-up
- Professionally answer incoming / outgoing calls and emails, understand the customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction at service support levels
- Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools
- Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Compliance and Central File
We are looking for
- CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in Banking or any equivalent classical or university education
- A first experience in the banking sector in Switzerland / in the sale of financial services in Switzerland is mandatory (CFC experience accepted)
- Languages : French (mother tongue), English (fluent, level C1), a third language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic)
- Excellent customer service skills, service oriented, client oriented and networked
- Strong interest in trading and stock markets
- Ability to recognize risks and assess them in terms of urgency
- Personality : empathetic, resilient, flexible, dynamic and stress resistant
- Swiss-residency or willing to relocate immediately
