- Tu assumes la direction personnelle et technique de nos équipes de gestion sur les sites de Genève et de Bussigny
- Tu motives le personnel à fournir des prestations de pointe et favorises leur développement personnel
- Tu garantis dans ta région une rentabilité durable à long terme pour le portefeuille résidentiel et commercial d'Allianz
- Tu gères nos gestions externes de tiers en tant qu'interlocuteur central
- Tu joues un rôle important dans notre développement continu / nos projets généraux et tu favorises la collaboration avec différents domaines spécialisés
Ce que tu apportes
- Formation d'agent fiduciaire immobilier avec diplôme fédéral ou formation équivalente
- Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans des fonctions comparables
- Connaissances approfondies du droit de la location et du marché immobilier régional
- Forte motivation, capacité à coopérer avec un sens aigu des relations humaines pour notre équipe
- Esprit d'équipe et facilité de communication, capacité à parler et à écrire en français avec aisance, l'allemand et l'anglais sont un grand atout
