Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for SAP OTC Functional Experts to support a major S/4HANA Digital Transformation programme. The successful consultants will provide functional expertise across Order-to-Cash (OTC), supporting requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, cutover and hypercare activities.

You will work closely with business teams, technical teams, deployment teams and master data teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions across multiple project releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and shape country and global business requirements.
  
• Perform technical Fit/Gap assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  
• Design standard and custom SAP solutions within the OTC domain.
  
• Provide effort estimations and support solutions through to delivery.
  
• Create and review Functional Specifications for core developments.
  
• Prepare and review OQ/PQ testing scripts and specifications.
  
• Support and coordinate testing and system screening with deployment teams.
  
• Act as the OTC functional point of contact for Customer Master Data, representing commercial requirements and ensuring alignment with other project teams.
  
• Coordinate teams involved in projects under your responsibility.
  
• Support cutover planning, data migration and deployment activities.
  
• Ensure smooth transition into operational support.
  
• Provide hypercare support following go-live.
  
• Contribute to deliverables across all project phases and release milestones.
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP OTC Functional Consultant.
  
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
  
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.
  
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
  
• Proven experience with Fit/Gap analysis and solution design.
  
• Experience producing Functional Specifications and working with development teams.
  
• Strong experience with SAP testing, including OQ/PQ or equivalent regulated testing processes.
  
• Experience supporting data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
  
• Experience providing hypercare and transition to BAU support.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, IT, master data and deployment teams.
  
• Experience working in global/country template environments is highly desirable.
  
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple teams and deliverables.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a CET-based international project environment.
  

Desirable Experience

• Experience within Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments.
  
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
  
• Knowledge of Customer Master Data processes and commercial requirements.
  
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout programmes.
  
• Previous experience working across multiple release cycles and global deployments.
  

Requirements

Strong experience working with Workday HCM implementations and migrations. Advanced SQL skills. Hands-on ETL development and data transformation experience. Experience with HR, payroll, and workforce data. Strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance expertise. Experience coordinating data migration activities across multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of data governance principles and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience working on global HR transformation programmes. Knowledge of Workday Payroll and Workday integrations. Experience with data migration tools and integration platforms. Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies. Understanding of GDPR and global data privacy regulations. Deliverables ETL design and implementation documentation. Data migration plans and execution reports. Data validation and reconciliation results. Data quality dashboards and issue logs. Governance and compliance documentation. Successful Workday data loads and cutover support. Success Measures Accurate and timely migration of HR and payroll data into Workday. High-quality, validated data meeting business acceptance criteria. Successful integration between Workday and downstream systems. Compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements. Delivery of project milestones within agreed timelines.
