For our estimated client, we are looking for a junior professional to be hired in an administrative function.
Tasks:

Provide day-to-day operational support for sponsored projects, content usage requests, and third-party partnerships

Draft, review, and maintain business documents such as agreements, letters of intent, and order forms
-
Monitor and respond to incoming requests from external stakeholders, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
-
Assist in preparing presentations, promotional materials, and internal performance reports
-
Act as a liaison between departments (finance, marketing, IT, education, etc.) to support efficient project delivery
-
Support the coordination and execution of select sessions or initiatives during educational events and conferences
-
Participate in occasional business travel within Europe as needed
Requirements:
Language & Communication Skills
-
Fluent English (C-level or native); additional languages are a plus
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal abilities with a client-oriented approach
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Experience using tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and ERP/CRM systems is a plus
-
Comfort working with budget data and activity reporting
Background & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally in publishing, project coordination, operations, or business support

Previous exposure to medical, scientific, or healthcare sectors is advantageous
-
Interest in professional education or scientific communication is desirable
