For our Lugano office , we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers  with strong hands-on expertise with .

NET / C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking / Financial Services sector.

Roles and Responsibilities Deeply understand business requirements and proactively propose innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals effectively Develop high-quality software by applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code , and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and excellence Drive quality delivery with a strong emphasis on CI / CD pipelines and seamless deployment processes Ensure top-notch performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions you build Qualifications and Technical Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in computer science or engineering Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core Strong understanding and hands-on experience with  Microservices Architecture , as well as proficiency with tools like  RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka Practical experience in Angular is a strong advantage Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2, along with solid SQL skills Familiarity with log monitoring tools like Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus for system observability and troubleshooting Exposure to CI / CD tools such as  Jira, Git, and SonarQube Strong focus on applying Secure Development Best Practices to ensure code security Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology is highly beneficial Proficiency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory Location Requirement We do not offer a fully remote work policy Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.) Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy If interested, please apply here !   Our personnel search is addressed to candidates of all genders.
