Operations specialist - securities (OST) - Fixed Term 12 months
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries regarding securities and funds within the private banking domain.
- Engage with front office personnel to address questions and resolve issues in a timely manner, meeting predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with custodians and internal departments as needed to obtain necessary information and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or a diploma in Finance / Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with mandatory experience in private banking
- Fluent in both English and French
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical
- Swiss residency is optional, open to people living at the border only
A quick integration to a team of 4 people and a guaranteed contract of 12 months.
