Cash Reconciliation Specialist - Temporary 12 months
For one of our clients, we are looking for a
Cash Reconciliation Specialist - Temporary 12 months (possibly longer) Main tasks :
- Reconciliationof our cash correspondents for all our entities
- Manual entryof the statements on our correspondents not automatically reconciled.
- Check cash differences andinvestigate on a daily basis.
- Establish a list of pending forcash amounts.
- Treatment and follow-up ofcurrent files
- Claim back missing statements.
Investigation on customer wires :
- GoodKnowledge of the Cash Transfer activities (MT103 - MT202 - etc )
- Good skills in the role of eachcounterparty involved in a wire payment.
- Be able to write swift messages(e.g. MTx99 - MTx95 - MTx96 etc )
- Responsible and able to handleinvestigations from the beginning to the end.
- Familiarity with complianceissues
- Good command of English with theability to communicate both orally and in writing is essential.
Profile :
- Minimumof 2 years’ experience in the reconciliation department and-or investigation oncustomer wires
- General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
- Knowledge of GTMatch GTExchange Globus (anasset)
- Good command of the MSOffice suite
- Frech : mother tongue, English : good level, other : an asset
- Solution oriented and pragmatic
- Teamplayer and stress resistant
- Flexibility, adaptability capacity, precise, proactive
