On a daily basis, you will
- Lead a team of Order Management Specialists, divided between Geneva, Annecy, and Austin, TX.
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Ensure productivity within the team through Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring individual workload balance
- Establish and maintain processes to help the team achieve their goals
- Collaborate effectively with various other teams across the organization
- Work closely with your team, Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Management team to resolve invoice disputes
- Make sure that communication continuously happens inside and outside of the team
- Encourage team members in their development, and help maximize their skills
- Support the onboarding process of new team members and consistent learning inside the team
- Make sure that data is available to support decisions
- Ensure consistency in the execution of processes across the team
- Act as hiring manager
