Order Management Team Lead

On a daily basis, you will

  • Lead a team of Order Management Specialists, divided between Geneva, Annecy, and Austin, TX.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
  • Ensure productivity within the team through Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring individual workload balance
  • Establish and maintain processes to help the team achieve their goals
  • Collaborate effectively with various other teams across the organization
  • Work closely with your team, Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Management team to resolve invoice disputes
  • Make sure that communication continuously happens inside and outside of the team
  • Encourage team members in their development, and help maximize their skills
  • Support the onboarding process of new team members and consistent learning inside the team
  • Make sure that data is available to support decisions
  • Ensure consistency in the execution of processes across the team
  • Act as hiring manager

The skills you will demonstrate

  • Education background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in order management within an international and fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of the purchase order process and invoicing in the software industry
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills, passionate about helping people grow
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Valuing high-quality work
  • Ability to think critically
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Fluent English
