  • Payroll Management : Oversee and execute payroll processes for employees in Switzerland and two other countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
  • Rewards Management : Develop and implement reward strategies that align with company goals and employee expectations.
  • Analytics Projects : Lead HR analytics projects to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaboration : Work with an external payroll provider to streamline operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Compliance : Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present payroll and HR analytics reports to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll and rewards management.
  • Experience : Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in an international context.
  • Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR analytics projects.
  • Languages : Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
