  • Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify and target potential clients that align with the company's strategic goals and values;
  • Actively participate and / or initiate networking events, industry seminars.. in order to turn prospects into actual clients;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions that meet their requirements;
  • Pursuing new commercial partnerships to strengthen the brand image and ensure their good on-boarding through collaboration with internal teams;
  • Keep accurate records of prospecting activities, potential client and partner interactions, and progress towards new on-boarding or partnership agreements;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and approaches.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position preferably within a financial institution in Switzerland or extensive Swiss network
  • Bilingual / native French and Fluent English
  • Excellent sens of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Swiss residency mandatory
