Our client is a major organization located in Geneva.
Job Description
The GL Accountant we are looking for will be working on the following activities :
- Reconciliation of general accounts
- Recording closing entries
- Daily accounting entries
- Participation to interim and annual closing
- Ad hoc process
The Successful Applicant
The successful GL Accountant will bring the following background and experience :
- Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in closing process and reconciliation
- Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- English fluent (B2 minimum)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP system and on Microsoft pack
