Notre client est une entreprise de taille moyenne, reconnue dans le domaine de l'Asset Management. Cette organisation met l'accent sur l'excellence opérationnelle et l'accompagnement personnalisé de ses clients, tout en respectant les normes les plus élevées du secteur. Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Gérer un portefeuille de clients existants en établissant des relations solides et durables ; Identifier les besoins financiers des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées ; Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour offrir un service de qualité ; Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers et veiller au respect des réglementations en vigueur ; Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en prospectant de nouveaux clients ; Participer à la mise en place de stratégies visant à améliorer la satisfaction client ; Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur les performances et les activités liées au portefeuille ; Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients, en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant leurs problèmes.
