ALGORIGIN is a Swiss company that has been revolutionizing the food supplement industry with our innovative range of algae supplements, recognized by a network of health professionals and professional athletes.

Founded in 2018, ALGORIGIN is part of a privately-owned group of healthcare companies. Today, we continue to expand our range of products, and expand to new geographies.

As responsible for E-commerce marketing, you will develop an analysis-based action plan to implement our core growth strategies, in order to increase new user acquisition and user retention on our B2C webshop.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will collaborate with freelance expert partners and internal team of Sales and Nutritionists.

Tasks

• Use digital marketing tools to build brand awareness and penetration in Switzerland and the EU.
• Deliver traffic growth to our e-commerce website, to accelerate lead generation.
• Own the SEO keyword and content strategy, responsible for SEO ranking results.
• Deliver Meta and Google Ads execution to acquire higher ROAs.
• Optimize our leads’ online journey to increase LTV.
• Identify and engage external agency / freelance partners on a need-basis.
• Maintain and develop our website according to the marketing plan. You make small technical updates yourself, publish content generated by the content team, and use our external agency partner for larger development projects.
• Develop client retention strategies, translated into segmentation and sales funnels to increase conversion rates.
• Own the CRM data management in Mailchimp / Zendesk to execute the sales funnels.
• Responsible for the Digital Marketing budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in digital marketing, and additional experience in other professional fields is appreciated.
• Having the relevant diploma is great, but having the right skills and mindset is more important for us
• You have strong analytical skills to support your strategic thinking.
• You are hands-on with a practical mindset.
• You get motivated by solving problems or discovering new consumer insights.
• You are motivated by taking on responsibility and being accountable for results.
• You are fluent enough in French to be able to generate and publish content.
• You are interested in the health products industry.
• You like to learn and try things beyond your comfort zone.
• EU / EFTA or Swiss work permit.
