Responsibilities :
As an IT Onsite Support Analyst you install configure and support PC hardware and user applications. You provide L2 Support to employees, VIP and traders.
You manage User Service Requests, incident and work orders assigned to the team. You provide also support for Video Conference in meeting rooms and in trading room.
You manage user equipment moves and repair's activities
