For our client, an international organisation, we are seeking for a highly motivated and versatile Conference Technology Assistant .

The main goal is to support, prepare, troubleshoot and monitor virtual meetings and ensure that all the required steps are followed in terms of event setup, troubleshooting and logistics to ensure the smooth running of the meeting.

Missions

• Preparation for the meeting : preparation and follow-up of the schedule of week; request for additional information
• During the meeting : preparation and assistance for Interprefy / Zoom; on-boarding of delegates; monitoring meeting and troubleshooting throughout the meeting; coordination and communication on technical support with Interprefy / Zoom
• Other responsibilities : transmission of log data of the meeting; preparation of statistics based on demand; preparation, update of technical note, guides and other documents upon request
