🎯The Mission

We are looking for a talented and proactive Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Marketing content team full-time

As our Graphic & Motion Designer, you won’t just execute designs. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up everywhere: product launches, campaigns, content, landing pages, videos, social media.

This role blends strong visual design fundamentals with motion & AI-powered creativity. You will work closely with marketing and product & design teams to turn ideas into bold, high-performing visuals, playing a key role in shaping our brand presence across digital and print channels.

🔥 What You’ll Do

🎨 Build & Scale our visual universe (Static Design)

• Creation of visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for website, email, social media, thumbnails, tactical and paid campaign banners, ensuring both strong art direction and flawless execution

• Produce multiple adaptations of visuals to fit different formats and channels.

• Product pictures adjustments for Web & App

• Creation of PDF guides and infographics

• Creation of marketing landing pages.

• Mainly Web, with some print design

🎬 Bring Motion to the Brand

• Develop motion designs for product launches, video content, and animated data

• Produce social reels, stories, carousels, and slideshows.

• Create video spotlights (including long-form YouTube content).

• Leverage AI tools to increase speed and efficiency in foundational creative design and adaptation.

🤝 Collaborate & Co-Create

• Work closely with marketing and product design teams to translate briefs and ideas into compelling creatives.

• Translate briefs into scroll-stopping, high-impact creatives.

• Contribute bold ideas and creative solutions - we want your brain, not just your execution.

• Move fast, test, iterate, improve.

• Act as a true creative partner throughout the project lifecycle.

🛡 Own the Brand

• Act as a true brand guardian.

• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

• Evolve and strengthen our creative guidelines over time.

📁 Keep Things Organized

• Organize and manage digital assets, including design files, images, and templates.

• Maintain structured workflows and documentation to support scalability and efficiency.

🌟 Strong Plus (Not Mandatory)

• Motion design skills.

• Experience scaling AI-assisted video production.

• Experience in photography/video making

• Native level French/English language

• Swiss or EU nationality or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.

• Creative, fast, and detail-obsessed.

• Combines both create initiation but also creative adaptation & resizing

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
