360° Communication Intern
MISSIONS
- Development of 360 gifting advertising campaigns : Following up timings and retroplannings, Coordination of all the development steps from brief to final toolbox delivery, Ensuring consistency of all the communication assets (offline & online), Preparation and coordination of meetings with creative teams / advertising agencies, anticipation of the production and shooting preparation.
- Internal coordination & communication : Organization of regular meetings with multi-functional teams Attending to brainstorming sessions, Coordination of the launch notes and toolboxes Regular updates of internal tools
HOW YOU CAN FIT :
- Student looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory) ,
- Fluency in French and English is key,
- Ability to understand the brand, the retail and cosmetic environment,
- Previous experience on digital platforms and / or retail environment is a plus,
- Team player, adaptability & flexibility (our team works with agile methodologies),
- Management of priorities and proactiveness,
- Very organized and at ease to jump very fast on one subject to another.
STARTING DATE : July 2024 for 6 months (full-time position)
LOCATION : Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates), Switzerland
