- IT management or related field.
- Alternatively, Proci or related change management certifications will considered.
- Digital publishing or technical support experience an advantage
- Experience of creating e-learning resources and training materials an advantage
- Familiarity with common business process systems
- Familiarity with standards development would be an asset but not essential
- English fluent or mother-tongue. Any other language is an asset
- Fluent in generic IT tools, such as the MS Office suite
