The Aramco Americas Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused recruiter with technical sourcing experience, and passion for customer service. Successful recruiters utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics while prioritizing to meet hiring targets.

Basic Function :

Provide Human Resources (HR) / Recruitment services and support to address moderately complex problems or issues in an area of HR while maintaining the integrity of the company’s policies and practices. Provide services to Aramco Services Company (ASC), its U.S. subsidiaries, Joint Ventures (JVs), and Saudi Aramco (SAO) employees. Sources candidates located in North and South America.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Perform the sourcing, recruitment, advertising, onboarding, and relocation activities for international and / or domestic staffing
  • Partner with global teams to build effective sourcing strategies from the Americas with an ability to manage expectations with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge for fit and motivation, rather than simply sell a role
  • Advise candidate expectations and negotiate candidate compensation
  • Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth assessments of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
  • Manage all candidate communication and engagement
  • Develop sourcing strategies and use techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Develop a pipeline that generates candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business
  • Advise ASC employees and / or managers in assigned area described below; ensure that employees, candidates, and students receive equitable treatment and receive HR services as authorized; ensure that actions initiated by the departments are according to schedule and within policy; resolves related problems
  • Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned area; proposes solutions to complex problems by reviewing, interpreting and evaluating available data
  • Perform activities within assigned area such as implementation and maintenance of specialized systems or programs, databases, and internal procedures
  • Perform special projects, long-range studies, and related activities, which are often technical in nature and may involve several different HR functions
  • Perform other duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study
  • 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement in an agency or corporate environment
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate / applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products
  • Ability to build relationships by the phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders
  • International / global recruiting experience is desired
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a “fast-paced environment”
  • Understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting assigned area
  • Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture is desired
  • Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English
