Senior HR Manager
This role will focus on leading global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategy while ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Develop and Implement Talent Strategies : Drive the creation and execution of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies across the organisation.
- Succession Planning and Talent Mapping : Define and establish key succession plans and talent mapping initiatives to support future growth.
- Senior-Level Recruitment : Lead recruitment efforts for senior roles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience : Implement a strong employer branding strategy to enhance candidate experience and attract top talent.
- Performance Management and Employee Development : Support business leaders with performance reviews and employee development programmes.
- Continuous Improvement of HR Practices : Regularly review and enhance HR policies and practices to align with best practices and evolving organisational needs.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic, pragmatic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a proven background in HR management, talent management, and talent acquisition.
