Position Summary

As a NPTC Nutrition Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nutrition NPTC Leadership Team and work cross functionally among various teams.

A Day in the Life of a NPTC Nutrition Assistant
- Calendar and schedule management for at least two members of the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team
- Ensure proper documentation including, taking minutes of meeting, tracking and follow-up actions, as well as document management
- Ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration, especially with assistants in Vevey, Konolfingen & other NPTC units
- Lead the organization of major events and meetings for the Leadership team
- Maintain SharePoint and intranet updated and prepare content
- Proofread and enhance presentations and documents
- Onboard new employees and facilitate communication for newcomers
- Provide ad hoc support for audits and tasks

At Nestlé Research and Development in Konolfingen near Bern / Switzerland, we develop for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging concepts for a broad range of products of our Nutrition, Dairy, Health Science and Coffee businesses. In addition, we also provide technical assistance to our factories.
