Stellenbeschreibung

Integrating the Compliance department of the Bank;

Managing the opening of high-risk accounts and PEPs clients;

Transactions monitoring from an AML perspective;

Analysis and drafting of complex cases for presentation to the ARC (Account and Review Committee) / Executive Committee;

Daily processing of customer database alerts;

Processing changes in circumstances (CDB, change of domicile, etc.);

Daily processing of blocked account transactions;

Drafting and submission of MROS communications via GoAML;

Processing requests from correspondent banks;

Processing requests from other internal departments (reference letters, credit applications, etc.);

Carrying out quality control on opening files processed by the first line of defence (BRM);

Providing training and supporting the staff on compliance-related matters;

Collaborating on projects at Swiss Bank and Group level;

Link with other internal departments of the Bank;

Participating in the daily life in the Geneva office.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;

Minimum of five years of experience in a compliance role within the private banking sector in Geneva;

Fluency in French, English is essential, another language (German, Arabic) a big plus;

Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and international compliance standards;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Swiss residence mandatory.

Our client offers a 80% - 100% one year temporary contract within an international, dynamic and consistent working environment with many additional benefits.
