We have an opportunity in the Pennsylvania area for a Distribution Sales Rep / Account Executive. The greater Philadelphia area is strongly preferred. This position will be remote with 25% - 30% travel to distributor branches and key Geographic customers.

The Distribution Sales Representative (DSR) will be responsible for four territories in the Northeast -

  • Upstate New York, LIW - Long Island New York and Metro NYC
  • NNJ - Northern New Jersey = New Jersey North of Princeton NJ
  • SNJ - Southern New Jersey = New Jersey South of Princeton NJ
  • Pennsylvania East of State College PA.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support and leadership to distribution partners in the assigned territories.
  • Conduct business reviews, resolve end customer issues, provide visibility and guidance on sales goals and growth.
  • Collaborate with ST Account Managers to establish goals and objectives to drive growth at key accounts in the assigned territories.
  • Report sales growth progress, and updates on market conditions and competition monthly.
  • Profile

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to set goals and hold shareholders accountable.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key individuals at geographic customers, distribution partners and internally at ST.
  • Skilled at self evaluation and goal development / execution.

    At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base annual salary range for this role is between $87,920 - 141,600 USD.
