StellenbeschreibungBuild and implement a data driven strategy to get optimum rates and locations for the Company Supervise the Storage Approval Process, internal data flows and reporting across all business lines Develop and implement strategic plans for storage operations to support the company's trading activities and growth objectives Oversee the management of storage facilities, including warehouses, tanks, and other storage infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Optimize inventory management processes to minimize holding costs, optimize utilization, and mitigate risks associated with commodity price fluctuations and market dynamics Collaborate with trading teams to forecast storage requirements, optimize inventory levels, and develop hedging strategies to manage price risk Establish and maintain relationships with storage providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels to ensure cost-effective and reliable storage solutions Lead and develop a high-performing team of storage professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence Monitor industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting storage operations, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness Prepare regular reports and analysis on storage performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs, and present findings to senior management to support decision-making Communicates effectively Manages ambiguity Manages complexity Builds networks Plans and aligns Traders Accounts Finance Insurance Customers / third party contractors Deals Desk

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities :
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in the Energy terminals industry
- Strong commercial understanding of market costs and economics
- Deep understanding of storage logistics, including warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams in a global environment
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence in a global commodity trading environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
