Account Manager

Are you passionate about the financial world? For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for an Account Manager who will help support the team.

What would your role be?

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters.
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or master’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the banking industry.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate what you know, especially to non-experts.
• A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
