HR Coordinator - Temp for 6 months
- HR Operations : Support day-to-day HR functions including employee lifecycle management (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
- Employee Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide accurate and timely advice.
- Data Management : Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
- Contract Administration : Assist with contract management, renewals, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordination : Facilitate HR events, training sessions, and team activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within international or multicultural environments.
- Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages : Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
