Quality & Performance Assessment Engineer
Your responsibilities :
Are you a passionate and experienced Quality & Performance Assessment Engineer with a strong background in Quality and Compliance, ideally with knowledge of the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance domains?
Are you willing to play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence within the organization?
- Leads the production of the Safety Support Assessment deliverables by applying the Conduct Safety Support Assessment Procedure and the use of appropriate methodologies and tools
- Proactively moderate workshops, foster critical thinking, and be a translator between the CM and Subject Matter Experts
- Deliver high quality safety support case documents & ensure input from stakeholders
- Ensure Safety Support Requirements are implemented and become part of the Service Specification
- Ensure monitoring criteria are defined to monitor service in operations vs. service specifications
- Track & report on CNS quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Your profile :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Profound experience in Quality Management, ideally in the field of CNS
- Broad understanding of System / software development processes and lifecycle
- Familiarity with notions of service and service specification in ATM / ANS domain and specifically CNS, as well as with safety and change management processes
- Ability to analyse systems and their behaviour, and to build arguments and demonstrate compliance to specific regulations in ATM / ANS domain
- French or German mother tongue, fluent in English (level C1)

When : 01.07.2024 or upon availability
Working percentage : 80-100%
